The incumbent is responsible to lead the activity and the delivery of field loss prevention service throughout the retail channel. Inspire performance excellence on the part of all staff member. Develop and execute strategy and policy in conjunction with the director of loss prevention, to ensure loss prevention program stay current with shortage trend and company direction. Drive process compliance with all corporate program standard and achieve maximum result. Develop and assist with loss prevention education and awareness training for the employee. Relentlessly pursue improvement to loss prevention program by leading and participating in shortage reduction effort. Any other duty as requested by management.
Requirements
Ability to organize and prioritize multiple task, particularly with regard to field investigation. Proven track record of successfully leading field investigator and loss prevention specialist in a multi store environment. Must conduct all business with executive and business maturity. Knowledge of computer with the ability to learn the proprietary software and application utilized to perform duty.
