Traffic and Logistics Coordinator

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
This position is to be the point of contact for all inbound and outbound shipments, and will be the liaison between internal departments in the development and improvement of our logistical capacity. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a fast-growing company take that next step in scale.

Essential Job Functions include:
Company go-to for all questions and SOPs regarding compliance and shipping standards
Work with Director of Operations in advancement of Entertainment Earth Routing Guide and improve vendor and departmental adherence
Manage and scrutinize existing company carrier relationships for cost efficiency, while seeking opportunities to expand logistical capacity.
Optimization of internal processes and procedures for all matters relating to receiving and shipping.

WHAT YOU MUST HAVE:
5-7 years in a traffic/logistics role with knowledge of domestic and international shipping methods, including FedEx, UPS, USPS, LTL, LCL and Global forwarding service providers
Experience with Traffic Management Systems (TMS) a plus
Proven ability to analyze data in making decisions while handling multiple time-sensitive deadline-driven tasks
Bachelor's Degree preferred
Professional written and verbal communication skills
Skilled user of MSOffice, including Excel and Outlook.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
