We are looking for an Energetic Customer Service Manager for our high end beauty company to join our amazing team. Responsibilities:
o Attention to detail and ability to carry an assignment to completion
o Excellent written and verbal communication skills
o Help manage and lead the customer support team
o Maintains customer records by updating account information
o Assists current and potential customers by answering product and service questions
o Assist with heavy email correspondence with the ability to answer questions efficiently
o Must type 65
WPM
o Maintains knowledge by viewing educational videos to obtain brand knowledge
o Contributes to team effort by accomplishing end of shift goals
o Participate in trade shows and marketing events as necessary
o Knowledge of the beauty industry is preferable
o Retail and or Client Service experience preferable
Job Requirements:
o Prior experience in the Retail or Beauty industry is preferred
o Handle customer service issues, product troubleshooting, answering product questions/inquiries, and educating customers about our products and services over the phone and via email
o Achieves customer service objectives by contributing customer service information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews; preparing and completing action plans; implementing production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards; resolving problems; completing audits; identifying customer service trends; determining system improvements; implementing change.
o Improves customer service quality results by studying, evaluating, and re-designing processes

Various Work Hours:
Monday-Friday
Must have flexibility to work Saturday and Sunday!
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
