WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
Bif Bang Pow! is seeking a Product Marketing Specialist who will help build, promote and bring to market our fun line of pop culture collectible licensed merchandise. You will be involved in every aspect of marketing and promoting the Bif Bang Pow! brand and its products. This position is an exceptional opportunity to be a contributor to a growing, emerging enterprise with a proven track record of success.
WAYS TO SUCCEED:
Product marketing trend research and analysis.
Communication and coordination with media/press, marketing team and licensors in all aspects of marketing, including content development, postings, timelines and approval.
Create copy, press releases and material for social media for licensed product and Bif Bang Pow! brand.
Development and implementation of marketing plan.
Employment of best practices in product marketing and sales for promotion of product lines and brand.
Analysis of data and trends to project success of strategy.
Directly communicate project milestones to management.
Occasional travel in promotion of brand at trade shows.
Maintenance and execution of marketing calendar events.
Maintain Big Bang Pow! Blog and social media accounts.
WHAT YOU MUST HAVE:
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing or other relevant field of study; or equivalent experience.
2-5 years' experience with licensed products.
Experience in development, management and implementation of full marketing plan, including timelines.
Ability to create compelling content.
Experience with MSOffice
Skills in complex Excel spreadsheets and FileMaker a plus.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Highly developed organizational skills and the ability to pay attention to detail.
A strong sense of time management and priority-setting while being flexible to shifting needs.
