Sales Operations Manager


To create goals and achieve measurable milestones which speak directly to the overall growth and operation of EE Distribution and Entertainment Earth in general. The Sales Operations Manager will be required to successfully manage the sales team directly related to EE Distribution. In addition, this position will partner with all departments to develop, improve, and make recommendations to ensure EE Distribution meets and exceeds its profitable sales goals.

Essential Job Functions but not limited to:

Direct oversight and training of all staff and actions taking place within EE Distribution.
Manage, advise and mentor staff dedicated to wholesale distribution sales,
Oversee administrative and operational duties to ensure that departmental expectations are being met or exceeded.
Hire, coach, teach, train and develop EED sales staff.
Define skill-set to achieve maximum results towards department goals.
Succession planning
Conduct weekly sales meeting with a focus on skills training.
Communicate with Executive management to report on the performance of EE Distribution.
Create strategies for successful growth
Organize and develop the infrastructure of the department to support continued expansion
Identify EED clients that have potential to be much larger then they are.
Monitor client preferences and purchasing trends to determine focus of sales efforts.
Consistently increase wholesale distribution sales.

Bachelor's Degree
Experienced working in a Fortune 1000 company
Distribution experience for a wide product line
5-7 years of experience managing sales growth
Proven track record of managing and directing a sales force

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
