National Retail Store Supply Company located in Simi Valley, CA is looking for a Customer Service / Inside Sales Representative. The right candidate for this position will have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude and friendly personality.
Description:
For 30 years, we've been providing stock and custom store fixtures, equipment and supplies to retailers throughout the nation. The CSR works within the call center, processing orders and assisting with technical questions as well as reaching out to inactive customers.
Responsibilities:
o Assist your customers with quotes & orders.
o Coordinate with credit, marketing, production and shipping personnel
o Promote our company and products in a professional way
o Maintain constant contact with your accounts
o Increase sales from each account
Requirements:
o Basic computer skills in Excel, Word and Outlook
o 2 years related business experience and a stable work history
o Able to compose professional level emails using proper grammar and spelling
o Demonstrated ability to build and maintain long-term customer relationships
o Work cooperatively within a group
o Fluent in English
Bi-lingual English/Spanish is a plus.
This is a full-time position. M-F only. $ 12.00 - $ 15.00/hr DOE
commission
benefits.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
