Project Manager/Wireless Experience(Requirement)
Responsibilities:
o Oversee a variety of projects including spreadsheet creation and tracking, plan review, scope writing, scheduling, scope estimation, materials lists, project planning and budget management.
o Ensures that all jobs are maintained in a project tracking system with complete accuracy and provides periodic reports summarizing progress.
o Ensures accurate and complete files are maintained to provide customer with comprehensive job status reports and resolve any conflicts or issues that arise.
o Assists in the procurement process for preparing RFPs and negotiation of scopes and fees.
o Oversees the overall planning of construction activities to identify critical milestones and priorities.
o Verifies budget estimates and staffing requirements for the defined project scope and schedule.
o Serves as the primary contact with the project specific construction management team (T-Mobile).
o Performs other responsibilities associated with this position as may be appropriate.
o Oversees and manages other Project Managers
EDUCATION and
Experience:
o 5-7 years of technical project management experience
o 3 years in the wireless industry
o College degree preferred in electrical engineering, computer science or equivalent experience
o Solid Microsoft Excel and MS Office training
o Excellent communication and Skills
o Demonstrated ability to solve complex problems, often under pressure
o Self-starter that is willing to take ownership and drive progress in a structured way
o Positive attitude with the ability to work long hours to meet deadlines
o Extremely well organized with excellent attention to detail
COMPENSATION: Based on experience
o 45 hours per week minimum
o 10 days Paid Time Off per calendar year & 6 holidays - PTO begins to acquire after the introductory period and can be used after six months of employment
