Sales Support Engineer

ITS is looking for a Sales Support Engineer to join our awesome team!
We are seeking a full-time Sales Support Engineer with the commitment, desire, and work ethic necessary to retain customers, up-sell services and resolve customer issues quickly and professionally while managing the client relations associates to do the same.

The primary responsibilities of this position are the design and implementation of value engineered solutions to direct and channel partner clients, the execution of the ordering or repair process to ensure the accuracy and timeliness of the solution's implementation or trouble resolution.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
In cooperation with Sales efforts, designs and implements value engineered solutions to new and existing clients; discovers opportunities for additional revenue. Acts as a consultant and working with channel partners, understands their needs and offers ITS solutions.
Accompany sales personnel on customer appointments and prospective customers to prospect and gather relevant data in support of engineering.
Collaborate with Client, Sales and relations department to establish proposed solutions to meet the needs of the customer both in cost savings measures and technology.
Establish implementation dates with clients and/or channel partners while considering provisioning intervals by way of working closely with Operations.
Creates and enters appropriate orders to ensure continuity throughout provisioning process.
Effectively communications solutions, requirements and efforts to both clients and other ITS personnel as appropriate.
Openly and enthusiastically shares his knowledge with other ITS team members.
Coordinates remote and on site work with all necessary departments to assure seamless customer installations.
Responsible for obtaining training and gaining expertise on all analog, digital, IP and cloud based services that ITS offers its clients.
Provides timely and considerate customer service to end users and channel partners.
Diligently and consistently follow departmental & organizational policies and procedures.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
