30PM Monday to Friday Temp to hire opportunity Facilities Duties:
Perform general maintenance and repair of equipment and related fixtures as instructed.
Assess the current condition of electrical, HVAC, plumbing and all other facilities and equipment and make recommendations to Facilities Leadership.
As directed by the Maintenance Facilities Leadership, clean, repair and upkeep of facility and equipment, maintaining the efficiency and good working condition of facility and equipment.
Inform when orders of supplies or tools should be made.
Preparation of common-use rooms (i.
e.
kitchen, meeting rooms) to ensure room is clean, in good order, and equipment is functioning.
Assist in preparation for meetings as requested (i.
e.
Company Staff Meeting).
Recommend improvements to forms, checklists, policies and procedures with Management regarding safety, access, signage, elimination of waste.
Assist in conservation of materials and/or recommend more environmental-friendly solutions to eliminate wasted resources.
Miscellaneous projects/duties as assigned.
Clean and maintain an office, break rooms, bathrooms, outside areas, and our warehouse.

Assess ways to improve workplace productivity.
Ensure compliance with regulations, policies, and standards.
Assess the condition of the facility's interior, exterior and grounds.
Assist with occupant services (parking, janitorial services, facility helpdesk, security, and safety).
Assist with modification to building systems, structural elements, interiors, exteriors, and grounds.
Monitor usage, replenishment and ordering of janitorial supplies and consumables.
Provide a healthy and safe environment.
Emergency Planning & Business Continuity Assist in the design of simulations or exercises to test emergency management.
Assist in the execution of simulations or exercises to test the plans.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
