Responsibilities:
Inbound/Outbound sales opportunities handling.
CRM follow up through outbound calls, email, and text for in-market shoppers, repeat buyers, unsold customers.
Assist customers in selecting a vehicle by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses.
Explain product performance, application, and benefits to prospects.
Submitting customer credit applications, and following compliance guidelines.
Providing lease, finance, and lease buy-out information to customers.
Describe all optional equipment available for customer purchase.
Over the phone, and in-person price negotiations.
Build strong rapport with customers.
Perform high-quality, professional, and knowledgeable presentations and demonstrations of new/used vehicles.
Learn to overcome objections, close sales, and perform all other steps of the sales process in accordance with company standards.
Report to the Sales Manager regarding objectives, planned activities, reviews, and analyses.
REQUIREMENTS:
Minimum Age 21 Enthusiastic with high energy throughout the sales workday Previous customer service or sales experience Outgoing with a friendly personality, especially while handling objections Have quality customer service skills Possess strong communication skills High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred.
) Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record Must be willing to submit to a background check & drug screen
