The Inside Sales Representative is responsible for engaging with customers on behalf of HLT.
The position will be answering phone calls, emails from customers to answer questions, providing information, pricing, and processing paperwork to ensure orders and work can be completed accurately and in a timely manner.
Participating in meetings with the customer service team to discover new communication tactics and maintaining expert knowledge about company products or services to best help customers.
JOB RESPONSIBILITES:
Providing introductory information to new customers Ensuring that customers are satisfied with products or services Following up with clients or customers to check that they're still satisfied with their orders Letting customers or clients know about additional products or services Determining the quickest, most effective ways to answer a client's or customer's questions Escalating queries and concerns to appropriate leadership Troubleshooting common issues with a product or service Working with a team of employees with other departments to find appropriate solutions to provide estimates for customers Review customer drawings, procedures, PO's and requirements to quote and follow job through completion Control the administration of quotes, job orders and flow down requirements to various departments & employees Enter new customer information and update old in QuickBooks Order replacement parts and coordinate with Vendors Submit completed job packets to accounting for invoicing SKILLS AND
