Marketing and Community Outreach Manager

Your main jobs will be fundraising and event coordinating.
These two are pivotal aspects of our ministry as we are a free clinic to men and women in our community.
Responsibilities Design and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to create awareness of our Ministry's mission and goals (this includes writing a newsletter once a month for donors, clients and all stakeholders).
Produce ideas for promotional events or activities and organize them efficiently Plan and execute campaigns for ministry promotion for the purpose of fundraising Monitor progress and submit performance reports Responsible for producing valuable social media content for our ministry's online presence Responsible for editorial design and organizing the company's publications (pamphlets, and newsletter) Control marketing budgets and allocate resources amongst projects Become the organization's face to external parties such as media, stakeholders and potential clients and build strategic partnerships among the community.
Assist Executive Director with all promotional matters.
Skills Proven experience as Marketing Manager Excellent leadership and organizing skills Analytical and creative thinking Exquisite communication and interpersonal skills Up to speed with current and online marketing techniques and best practices Customer-oriented approach with aptitude Professional chartered marketer (CIM) is a plus BSc/BA in business administration, marketing and communications or relevant field Pros:
Part-time hours, 4 day work week.
Monday-Thursday.
Occasional weekends.

4 hour shift COVID-19 considerations:
All clients are pre-screened when making appointment and then screened upon arrival for COVID-19.
Masks are currently required for clients on the mobile.
Education:
High school or equivalent (Preferred) License/Certification:
