Dental x-ray license is a plus.
Must have CPR and infection control certification.
Prefer a minimum of one year dental assisting experience.
Compensation is based on work experience and interview.
Responsibilities Assisting the orthodontists Direct patient care Sterilization, set up and clean up of dental chairs Taking digital patient records (x-rays, photos, scans) General back office tasks Occasional front office duties, including answering phones Provide oral hygiene and orthodontic instructions Schedule appointments Maintain accurate patient records Skills Knowledge of dental instruments and sterilization methods Experience as a dental assistant Understanding of health & safety regulations Computer literate Excellent communication and people skills Attention to detail Well-organized and reliable High school diploma; graduate from dental assistant school is preferred Job Types:
